Vespers musiciansStudents come and go at the Chapel, and when they come, many bring with them their musical talents. Their gifts to the Body of Christ enhance our worship at the Chapel. From the piano, to guitars, to brass and other wind instruments, to drums, reed instruments, to solo or ensemble voices, God’s people use all of them to “praise God in his sanctuary and in his mighty heavens, for his acts of power and for his surpassing greatness.” We seek to utilize many types of music to praise our God; He created all of them.

Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with timbrel and dancing,
praise him with the strings and pipe,
praise him with the clash of cymbals,
  praise him with resounding cymbals.
—Psalm 150

Chapel choirJoin Chapel’s choir and “Make a joyful noise to the Lord!” Choir is an opportunity to praise our Lord in song and a chance for fellowship and making new friends. It’s fun and informal with a wide variety of music, ranging from Bach to Rutter, and gospel to African traditions and beyond. There is no audition to join, but the expectation is that you attend regularly and let the director know when you cannot make a rehearsal or church service in which we sing. If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
