“All things in moderation.” We like to use this line to justify our favorite treats and pleasures. Moderation has the possibility of becoming habit, habits that don’t translate to good physical/health stewardship. What’s worse: If we use this phrase to justify sinful things, we’re treating God’s grace and Christ’s death like its nothing—like it’s okay for us to keep sinning, even if it’s only in small amounts.
