The Chapel choir is fun and informal with a wide variety of great music, ranging from Bach to Rutter and gospel to African traditions and beyond. We sing once or twice a month on Sundays, and for some Wednesday Vespers worship services. It’s a nice time for fellowship and making friends. For more information please contact , Chapel’s Choir Director.
In the movie Tommy Boy, Madison native Chris Farley plays Tommy Callahan Jr., a clumsy heir who tries to save his father’s auto parts factory from going under. He discovers life does not go smoothly, which brings out many hilarious scenes. Sadly, Chris’ real life was the opposite of his comedy. He sought treatment for drug and alcohol abuse seventeen times before he died on December 18, 1997. Where do we go when life doesn’t go smoothly? Psalm 121 directs us: “I will lift up my eyes to the hills—where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Please join us along with the Chapel Worship Band for this come-as-you-are, informal half hour worship service.
