Comedian Chevy Chase said he will never forgive his mother and stepfather for beating him as a child. Yet the central message of Jesus is forgiveness. How do we forgive such emotional hurts? Dr. Jeanette Knutson Enright, a Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) member and educational consultant for the International Forgiveness Institute will speak on the study of forgiveness at UW-Madison. We will also be searching the Scriptures, the roadmap to forgiveness.
