According to an article in Wisconsin Week, brain scans show that meditation changes minds and attention. Professor Davidson says, “If you try it for two minutes, you will see that it’s not so easy. Minds have a propensity to wander.” Psalm 1 states, “Blessed or Happy” is the one who meditates on God’s word night and day. Join us this night of meditation and bring your friends.
